It's packing my clothes and shower shit daily, getting my post workout meal ready every day to take wit me, plus actually going there and back. There was an MTV Cribs-like special that Muscletech did showing Phil Heath's (The current and 2 time Mr. Olympia.), house, and even he didn't have a home gym. Yes, but there's a difference. I know exactly what I'm doing, counting every macro, every calorie, and I know exactly how IIFYM works. I'm still doing it, still making gains, still barely gaining any fat. 'Cause I know exactly what I'm doing. This includes a pint of Ben And Jerry's every Sunday, and fast food a couple times a week. The thing is, is that this is also a BULKING diet, to GAIN weight. Once I start cutting again in April, it's back to extremely clean eating. Nothing but chicken breasts, tuna, rice, etc. You can do IIFYM on a cut, but it'd be almost impossible to hit all your protein macros.
Anyways, back to my point, I know what I'm doing, and the reason I have self control wit IIFYM is 'cause of eating so clean for so long and learning everything about nutrition in the process. IIFYM isn't simply eating like a fatass, it's just like eating clean, where you have to be on the dot wit counting and tracking everything, and control yourself wit your portions, except you eat whatever instead of depriving yourself wit nothing but chicken breast and rice. To a fatty that needs to lose weight, giving them pizza at a fucking GYM, is doing nothing but hurting them. Especially if they're still learning about nutrition, and more specifically, fitness nutrition. They'll look at it as a free cheat, and quite possibly take it further. They ain't doing IIFYM, and most likely have no clue what the fuck it is. GET SHREDDED WHILE EATING ICE CREAM? NO FUKKING WAI. I know that when I first started eating clean, I broke a couple times. Eating a single cookie led to eating every kind of junk food available in the pantry, then feeling like a piece of shit. Not until learning about nutrition properly and learning complete self control was I able to treat myself without going nuts. For instance, I said I have a pint of Ben And Jerry's on Sundays. In order to do that and fit it in my macros, I have to eat extremely clean the rest of the day, chicken breasts, tuna, rice, etc. and then that single pint is enough for me, I don't feel the need to binge and go for more sweets. A fatty wit no self control wouldn't be able to do IIFYM. They'd want more than what fits in their macros. But through all the mental determination it took to eat clean for so long, eating only enough "dirty" food that fits in my macros is like heaven.
