I genuinely feel like somebody who has never used a computer before trying to get my new PC set up. I can't install anything - everything just errors every time I try, the menus all look completely foreign compared to Windows 10, all my folders are locked to read-only and I can't change them, I can't figure out how to give myself admin access to open things up. It's a total paperweight right now. Computer arrived two days ago, and I literally haven't been able to do a thing with it.
Bruh cmon. Literally I bought everything premade and didn’t have to do this for the first time til I was 27 and it was seamless. I’m not even tryna flex on you but for somebody that has used technology heavily their whole life it’s ABCs. You were engineering and using plugins and VSTs and way more advanced shit cmon bruh.
So I figured out why Windows 11 was so weird. Turns out I had some weird accessibility setting on that was fucking some stuff up.
Still running into some weird issues setting things up though. Some apps just won't install at all. GOG Galaxy won't load my plug-ins or allow me to make folders. I still can't find how to change the RGB for my fans/ram. Can't install Asus Aura to even try that, it just fails to install. My keyboard apparently can't use anything higher than Razer Synapse 2, but my mouse and sound bar use Synapse 3/4, so the colors can't sync lol. My PC won't detect my flashdrive for some reason, it reads it as an error and I can't even format it.
At least I got Steam installed now, but I need to figure out a bunch of these issues. So much for pre-built PCs being more convenient.
Oh yea, a big part of why apps wouldnt install is because c++ got corrupted. So I had to reinstall that. How C++ corrupts on a new PC is a mystery to me
Idk where you guys heard that shit about the pro running WORSE than the PS5.
I've been researching it the last few days, and when it comes to games that are ps5 pro enhanced the overall concensus is that the ps5 pro is great.
I think there may have been some software.kinks at launch or something, because I remember that when it.laumched. but everything I've watched and the people I spoke to about it all gave a big thumbs up if you have the right tv for.it.

Fuck new Pokemon Legends dropping this year. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a Switch 2 launch title. I’m still way behind on Pokemon, still gotta run thru Brilliant Diamond, Legends Arceus, and Violet. I should start one of those soon and push it to the front of the line.
Let me know if the Yugioh Early Days collection has an option for Japanese card or not. I want to get it on Switch, but dont know if I want the Japanese or U.S. version. Might not even matter if its tied to language

I loved Scarlet though. I felt like a kid again playing it. First Pokemon game I actually completed the Pokedex completely for.
