The metal groups I participate in on fb and Reddit are buzzing about it. I’ve listened to it twice. It’s pretty remarkable. They go full bore into 70s style prog rock on parts of it. It’s sorta like they tossed Pink Floyd, Yes and Steely Dan in a stew with Mastodon, Opeth, Enslaved, Nile and Gorguts. They’re setting themselves apart from the death metal pack with it. I like their prior albums, but this is on a different level
