    At this point you can’t fight it so I don’t see getting mad. 

    I also don’t see this being much different from musicians who have ghostwriters or popular artists that use teams of people to write their songs. Do I like it? No. Worth giving a shit about? Also no I just won’t listen or go see it

    Two completely differently things. I’m not a fan of people who don’t write their own music or have ghostwriters either, but that’s still an ACTUAL person writing/making music not some dumb ass program generating it. 

    You can absolutely fight it. The only way this shit happens is people NOT fighting it, the fuck. A lot of the smaller voice acting studios are against it, hell a lot of veteran voice actors are fighting it right now, too. They’re trying to push out veteran VAs because they’ve been part of the union for decades and they no longer want to give them the benefits they get for doing voice work. The new contract is trying to extend an offer to major studios to have them pay a one time licensing fee to these actors so they can use their voices through AI until the heat death of the universe. On top of that, they’re pushing to generate voice work for new projects exclusively through AI because it’s cheaper than getting someone to come in to a studio. So they’re eliminating old and new and that’s…not fucked up at all to you? That’s fine? Even if I wasn’t into this shit that would piss me off.

    New Kanye was pretty good, also liked new JFAC and Darkest Hour.
