Yea it was the same way in the "real" Pokemon games too. As you advanced, the Pokemon were stronger. You had to weaken them more to catch them. And you had things like ultra balls to help

Working fine for me. Accurate too. Only time it's been down was when the Pokemon servers are dows.

Well it must have to do with being hooked up to wifi cause it was workig all day at work but now that I'm downtown it doesn't. I'll test in a minute when I'm home.
