Has it occurred to you that for the most part musicians are making music for themselves and aren't too worried about how other might perceive it? I'm not gonna scrutinize you for disliking Deafheaven or anything, but just because you can't make out the lyrics doesn't mean they hold 0 purpose. If they want incredibly harsh black metal shrieks, let 'em do it.

All I was saying is with them when I listen to it the vocals get in the way of something I could enjoy. I would like them better as an instrumental band. I have friends that are the same way with protest the hero.
