Nola, others, and I were just saying the worst potential punishment doenst fit the crime. That losing her teaching licenses and ability to work in that field is more then adequate for punishment in this situation. No one is butthurt about following the law. People were just voicing opinions on how this should turn out.
News flash for you Bianca. She probably wont serve jail/prison time after the trial is over. Judges arent required to give the max sentence... In a situation like this he will probably rule on the weak side of punishment. That is just speculation on my part, but we will see what happens.
Like I said a couple weeks ago there was a much worse case here with the potential for the lady to serve 80 years. Judge ruled 4 with the ability to get out after one year. She was realesed after one year. That was with 5 students and supplying pot and alcohol.

^exactly. It's likely she wont do any jail time. I mean it seems like she hasnt posted bail because she probably doesnt have it.... So she will have to stay in jail until the trial is over. 2-3 months. However any sentence she might get, will be reduced by this time she is serving right now.

I had to drive one of my friends to jail one time. It was really funny story why he had to go to jail. So this guy is in a wheel chair because he has a bullet lodge in his spine for refusing to buy some gang banger alcohol. Anyways, this is many years after that incident- but he was over at some underaged chicks house fucking her. I think she was probably like 17 and he was 24ish, so not really all that bad. Well her parents came home and caught them mid-fuck. And since he is in a wheelchair he couldnt exactly run out of there. The parents werent supposed to be back until the morning. Anyways, after taking a lashing from the parents he wheel'd himself out of there to his car. He was pretty shitfaced because he planned on staying there. Anyways, he got pulled over with a BAC of .25 ) So I had to drive him to jail to do his DUI time.

If you had some perspective on what prison is actually like, then I doubt you would be pushing for the maximum sentence in this situation. Or maybe you might if you were trying to win some award for "biggest bitch ever". Or maybe you do have perspective, and I just didnt know about the award competition :-?
