He isnt required by law too testify, due to being married. One of the perks of being married is your S.O isnt required to snitch on you. He can testify if he wants, but isnt required too.

lol @ child support. Something tells me that a teacher that will be barred from teaching, isnt going to be contributing significantly to the raising of the kids.
If I was him, I dont think I would testify. And probably would hope she doesnt do jail time. I kinda feel a little bad for his wife, mostly because of how fucked she is. I mean it is disgusting that she cheated on Mike like that, and I have lots of empathy for him, and think he did do the right thing and he has my support- but the shit storm she is in because of it is pretty deep.
Im totally going to be downvoted on that, but it's how I feel. Like what happens to other wives when they cheat? They get a divorce and move on. She gets jail, career ruined, and divorce.
so they would know what real prison feels like and then maybe they could see that sending a lady to jail over bangin a 17 year old boy who is not traumatized or any other bullshit from this is highly unneccessary and pretty ridiculous
