While this is certainly true, the microwave is much worse due to the way it heats things. Plus they can leech more carcinogens into your food.

Holy mother of god, my gf and I tried this vegetarian mexican place ^:)^ ^:)^ ^:)^ 4 or 5 different vegetarian or vegan tamales, falafel taquitos, and veggie tacos. Oh and free vegetarian menudo every sunday. And probably the best hot salsa I've had in awhile.
