I think the biggest penalty was allowing all players to switch schools without any sort of year waiting penalty. That is huge, considering most of the guys are playing for Penn because they wanted to be in the national spot light for bowl games. I wouldnt be surprised if 75% of their starters were playing elsewhere next year.

I still think the last 14 years being washed away has to suck... I mean damn, just think as a fan that it's like every highlight never happened.

Punishing the kids now by taking away bowl games and scholarships is a tad much but fuck the statues and everything else about those 2 coaches and everyone else involved that could have helped and didn't.

How are kids getting punished? Because the team can't play in bowl games? The players can transfer. And the fans are screwed out of bowl games? Boo hoo its just football
