well it must have been something other than simply age cause I thought I remember Will saying at one of the mayhems that he ran into her parents and said hi to them and stuff.

They're probably banned from seeing each other requested by her parents/guardians and the judge made it happen. His letter in attempt to get it lifted got ripped up by the judge and went unread though...which is fucked up by itself
