Let me ask you a question. Why would I be going to a Death tribute if I had shitty taste in music and didn't like good death metal in the first place? Besides, even if I did like Gorguts better than Death with Obscura vocals, it's not like I'd miss the headliner but not the opening act. That's the opposite of my dilemma, so that wouldn't make any sense anyways.

It's not a cover band really, it's just like a one tour tribute. To be fair though look at other bands who have have different lead singers. Nobody called Black Sabbath a cover band just because they had Dio doing the vocals. I'm not saying it makes them the real band, but they're certainly deserve a little more credit than just being called a "cover band". Besides, I thought I'd be there 45 minutes late at first but after checking the subway schedule, it'd probably be even later. The point isn't that I want to get there that late though, otherwise why would I be posting this thread in the first place?
