All original members but one. Plus lead singer of Obscura, not a fake death metal band. They're not trying to replace Death, they're trying to pay tribute to Chuck. That doesn't make them "fake death" or even fake death metal. They're certainly still playing death metal. I see nothing fake about paying tribute to a guy like Chuck.
the act of tributing death is not fake... but im saying without chuck its not real Death seeing as he was the mastermind behind it all and would be most of the reason for seeing them.. im obvie not saying theyre playing fake death metal lol
yeah i know that and i understand why someone would want to put it together and why people would want to go im just sayin real goruts > fake Death.. and the comment was just a joke to begin with lol
Well obviously. I don't see how members of Death and Obscura are "fake death" though. and @Magson13, I was referring to their stereotyping of certain types of metal as "all terrible".
I'm a guy... and @Magson13 They can have all the opinions they want, it just annoys me when they're ignorant and uninformed. My parents haven't even heard of Death, yet they assume they suck. If they'd listened to the band and then decided they didn't like it then I wouldn't have a problem with it. and @Nola, Sorry I misunderstood your original comment since you said "fake death", I wasn't sure if you meant death metal in general or the band Death, since "death" wasn't capitalized or anything.
They could not like the music and still take him so they know he's safe or some bs. It's what I'd do if I had kids and they wanted to go to a show I thought was shitty music
They know they don't like metal. Don't be a dick, let them have an opinion.
Wrong. Actually my dad loves older metal like Black Sabbath, Dio, Iron Maiden, etc. He just assumes he doesn't like death metal after hearing like like 30 seconds of a single death metal song.
