Probably not but it's not making me act like MC and the other nerds out there. It added to the story a little bit. Batman knew he fucked up and so did Batgirl. made their relationship weird and Batman did his usual by distancing himself from her and not talking to her.
It pretty much expanded on what was already there the whole time which was confirmed in Batman Beyond. Was it needed? Naw but I dont have a problem with it.

If it was between Barbara and Dick, I wouldnt care. DC animated movies have sex in them. The Assault on Arkham has a scene between Harley Quinn and Deadshot that didn't bother me much (aside from how I prefer Harley as a sidekick to Joker overall)
They should've instilled a producer, Kevin Feige-esque figure to oversee development and hire talent instead of giving Snyder and Goyer the keys and saying "here fuck my shit up fam"
