wieghed myself yesterday. it fucking sucks to know i was down to 250 about a year ago, and my laziness got the best of me. it took me 3 months to lose 50 last time, lets do this!!!
Also if you want to sweat a fuck ton, I recommend Hydroxycut. Also I wear a hoodie when I do cardio to sweat more.

Jittery? Eh, not really. The only thing I notice when I take hydroxycut is that I get a bit of a stiff neck sometimes. As far as getting the shits nothing out of the normal in that department.
