I saw that there were leaks of those two albums but I didn't really bother for some reason. Are they actually worth listening to? I just sense disappointment

I really like the new Deftones. :-?? The new Soundgarden probably isn't quite as easy to get into, but if you liked Soundgarden before I think you would like it.
