Ive seen it turn a group of my friends into lazy, druggies. I know enough that overtime it kills your brain, and leads to other drugs. And while people say its not addictive, they still are always looking to get high. Not to mention its a waste of a lot of money, and while high people often make really stupid decisions.
It's only addictive in the same sense that fast food, chocolate, and video games are addictive. Marijuana doesn't carry a physical addiction like what is found with cigs.

Lol I don't mean to be coming off like an ass, but I had the exact same opinion myself for a long time. I finally came around a few years ago to the idea of legalization, which was still during my "straight edge" days. I'm a huge proponent of legalization now, and I don't even use the stuff.
