Because that was physical proof of me underage drinking. And the wrong person could see it and think my Mom gave me the alcohol or whatever, get DCFS involved, all kinds of shit. Even though she didn't, people watching it don't know that, they see an underage kid drinking. However, I could go up to a cop, tell him my friend got me liquor and I got drunk last night, and he couldn't do shit.

Second of all, no, I know a kid that got busted drinking at a friend's house, and nothing happened to his Mom. He's on probation and has community service, but it'd be unfair to do anything to his Mom.
I had to stress to my one apartmentmate that if she drank, to NOT do it in the apartment because I'm the only one over 21 and the blame would immediately fall to me.
I'm not in any phase, especially not a "rebellion phase". I'm just saying, that if I walked up to a cop and said I smoked weed, he couldn't do shit. That's not rebellion, that's truth. If saying you smoked weed could get you arrested, a lot of Rappers (And Metal bands.) Wouldn't be around to make Music.
oh and a cop cant arrest you for saying you smoke or that youre high but he can damn sure search you for anything you have on you and he'll bust you for that.. telling him that youre high is resonable suspision and that gives them the right to search you and whatever vehicle you might be in. being high isnt illegal.. possession of narcotics is...
Read what I said, I know he'd search me, but if I had no weed on me, no bowl, etc. And simply told a cop I smoke weed, he'd search me, find nothing, and that's as far as it'd go. Nothing would happen.
being high and driving is illegal....if you don't have any drugs in the car and you tell a cop your high...you will get basically what amounts to a drunk driving
