    i almost went to Occupy Raleigh today but decided against it cuz after 3pm they were arresting anyone remaining and i didn't get out of work til 1:30. i had no interest in getting arrested today.

    Yep, but say I went up to a cop, no weed on me, and told him I smoked weed. he couldn't do shit. And if he searched me, he wouldn't find anything.

    Because that was physical proof of me underage drinking. And the wrong person could see it and think my Mom gave me the alcohol or whatever, get DCFS involved, all kinds of shit. Even though she didn't, people watching it don't know that, they see an underage kid drinking. However, I could go up to a cop, tell him my friend got me liquor and I got drunk last night, and he couldn't do shit.
