    with my sisters accident the police along with the rescue team and EMTs did little to nothing

    what like didn't give medical attention, or was it a hit and run? just curious, if you don't wanna talk about it, I understand....

    they just stood there because they were veryVERY unprepared and didnt have the right tools to get them out of the car
    aw man....I can't imagine the feelings of helplessness and anger your family must have....
    I would think that NO excuse or investigation would undo the hurt, or give closure.......
    Sorry to ask about it, but I didn't know what the story was...

    This is a little worse then the cops just being assholes. They brutally tortured and murdered a man.
    I think you have weird definition of torture. They for sure brutally beat him to death and it was murder, but I am not sure that it the legal definition of torture. I know I am splitting hairs here, but I wanted to say it.

    pretty crazy that is the results of running from the police.

    depends on what your comparing it too.

    compared to waterboarding its torture, but to something like the The Rack its not.
