the only story i have to add is when i was 16 i was at my friends house. he was high and i wasn't. we were on the computer i kept hearing a door not closing but lightly hitting the frame with not enough force to close it and it sounded like it was coming from his dad's bedroom. my friend wasn't hearing it at first but he finally heard it. i went and checked it out and i think it was his closet door making that noise and i don't recall seeing any windows open. but this is where it gets stranger. shortly after we assumed it was the closet door making that noise we went downstairs to watch TV. the tv started changing the channels and stuff "by itself" and me and my friend were blaming each other for it. it kept doing this so decided to see if i could get it to change channels on command. i would say something like "go to channel 48" and it would :)) . no matter what i told it to do whether it was muting the tv, turning the volume up and down, or changing the channel, for the most part, it would do it :)) . again, me and my friend were blaming each other so we took the remote and put it in his kitchen which is behind the wall that's behind the tv. so there's no way the remote could work from there because there's a wall in the way and the tv is facing away from the kitchen. and the tv was still doing things "on command" lol. i always wondered if my friend had a second remote but i've been to his house like a million times before that and a million times after that and i never knew of a second remote. nothing like that ever happened again while i was at his house. i still don't believe in ghosts though lol

The only thing that happened to me was my dad use to own a cabin in Canada with his buddies and we would go up to it every summer and go fishing and shit. Anyways one night I was sleeping a recliner which had a view of the whole cabin and I was sleeping, then I was awaken by some cold ass air hitting my face then the door swung open and kept closing to a point where my dad and his friend that was with us got up. They thought it was me but it did it again so my dad's friend went outside to investigate and he saw a guy that looked to be wearing old indian clothes walk around the corner of the cabin toward the lake so he ran over to the area and the dude was completely gone. It was scariest fucking moment of my life but also insanely awesome at the same time. It's too bad they got rid of the place because it was a cool spot.

i often wonder how many cryptids are real these days. i know giant squid were once thought to be just myths but now we know that they're real so wonder what else could be real. my guess is most land cryptids are misidentified animals since there are so many people and so much technology that you'd think we would be able to prove the existence of some of them by now. but sea cryptids on the other hand, there could be so much more hiding in the deep ocean because it is so vast and unexplored

I luckily never had any paranormal experiences, but I frequently have "prediction" dreams. I'll dream of something, and that day or a day or 2 later, it will happen where the dream occurred, in some form or another. For instance, the most recent one was a random ass dream about a huge ass dog sized tarantula in my bathtub that killed me. Sure enough, that night, when I took a shower, I saw the biggest spider I ever seen in my house in the bathtub, in the exact same spot the tarantula was in in the dream.

That's just one example, but it happens all the time wit different happenings. Shit is eerie. The one that had me shook for a while was I had a dream that I was watching a driver from a 3rd person view, but wasn't actually in the car. The car skidded off the road and slammed into a pole right next to a gas station, driver died. That day, while in the car on a busy road, I see a car that crashed right next to a gas station and had the sheet over the car, so the driver obviously died. My fucking stomach dropped when I saw that shit.
