I don't think she killed her kid, but I think she knows what happened.
How do you think her kid died? The most likely scenario is the one Monicaa put out there. She Chloroformed her daughter so she could go out clubbing and not have her wake up, and she accidently died. Would you say that isnt her killing her kid?
i can't believe people are comparing this to oj....that is just retarded
Rex if she didnt kill her daughter, who did?
i have no idea...for all i know she did it...all im saying is there is 0 proof connecting her to the murder...sure she was a shitty mom and could very well be guilty but the prosecution did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she did kill her

It doesn't matter what I think. We can sit here all day going over scenarios of how Caylee died, but nothing would ever come from it and the truth won't be revealed. The jury had another person's life in their hands and to just say "Guilty, first degree" just because you believe in your mind she did it is not right. They had to go over all of the evidence that was given to them and when you look at it, there is nothing that can really prove she did it.

because she destroyed the body enough. people have been convicted for far less.
it's pretty obvious that the people defending her are *not* parents. parents understand the fuckedupedness of chloroforming and duct taping your kid. it doesn't even matter if she killed the girl, what she *did* do was reprehensible enough.

that's all i have to say about this.
yeah but the jury also has to do there job and be completely open minded, and i think in this case they did a very good job

THIS. My three year old child goes missing.... I'm going to be freaking out, calling the police, fbi, private investigators. If I get any sleep before getting them back, it will only be because I was drugged with a sedative or passed out from not sleeping for a week. The last thing I will be doing is going to a club and trying to fuck someone new every night. No fucking parent would do that. it aint happenin. [-(
And they had a witness testify that she chloroformed her daughter in front of him so they could have sex. NEVER in my life would I ever think about drugging my kids. fucking slut.
The prosecution team has been wishing this for 3 years. Nancy Grace is an ignorant cunt. The jury was supposed to find this girl guilty on nothing but circumstantial evidence just because she said it was so? There's a reason why she's not a prosecutor anymore. Got alot to do with her competency. For the record I never would have convicted her on that evidence either. I think the justice system worked today.

so as a father... you wouldnt think anything was up or fishy when your three year old child goes missing. You'd be like "ehhh... fuck it. what can I do? might as well go clubbing."

As a father I'd make better choices. The father of Caylee hasn't had much press now has he? Casey's father and mother and brother all had just as much access to the child as Casey did. The state's DCFS system woefully failed this little girl, as did her parents and grand parents. The prosecution was weak and ineffective at relaying their message to the jury. The defense was able to reach the jury and convince them there wasn't enough evidence to support a murder conviction. No DNA? No physical evidence directly linking her to any crime? C'mon you can't be that gullible.

if you think there wasn't reasonable doubt you are being irrational....there was plenty of doubt in myu eyes...i could have never convicted her
