I 100% understand why people don't like it. I just think it's fucking awesome. What makes music good is raw emotive expression and Anaal Nathrakh has that in spades.

That's a possibility, seeing as how I've recently made peace with Black Metal and I now really enjoy it. But I just don't see that happening soon.
I think grindcore is only good as a fusion genre. I think there are few grind bands that I can really call excellent. Rotten Sound, Napalm Death, earlier Carcass...
Anaal Nathrakh aren't grindcore though, they just have a side of them that is. Codex Necro isn't very grindy, you should have a bad day sometime and listen to it.
