In PA it's only topless if they sell alcohol, if not fully nude. The full nude ones are byob. One place they have it's full nude and they don't less alchohol but if you pay $1 at the door you get a cup they will fill with beer all night. My friend is big into them, me not so much. I go to one with him on Tuesday's sometimes because the have $2 Cabo wabo. Its to close to paying for sex to me.
I went to a place out by Northern Illinois U, that had the byob full nude thing, It was cool, but the place had a Titty Twister from dusk til dawn feel to it.
