Misty is being a bitch in Fire Red. I only have 2 battle worthy pokemon at the moment Pikachu and Charmander and she keeps fucking them up.

You do realize that if you take the Mewtwo and don't like it's Nature, you can just not save and restart the game to try for a new Nature? Lol.
