I know, it's hard to like good music when all you like are vikings
lol moonsorrow is more talented than any band you have ever listened to
    :-))
that just proves you like force fed garbage like you listed instead of you know, actual music and melodies
Lol hokay. Amon Amarth has a great melody. I at melody because it's the same formulaic riff used over and over

you're defending 3 absolutely horrible bands, how is he not accurate about your music shitty tastes?
You defend terrible bands all the time
    name them
I'm with you here, I've never seen you defend a shitty band, but I've seen you bash good ones, but that isn't why we are here is it?
perhaps when i first joined the boards this might have been a valid argument, but now its ridiculous.

I think "Help!" is the most underrated Beatles album ever. Not the best, but the most underrated.

i knew you were gonna bring up Amon Amarth lol. I have never said that AA was groundbreaking. They have stuck with a formula that has worked for them and despite it all have a lot of diversity between the songs and albums. regardless of that AA is great music and are the best at what they do ( Viking themed melodeath )

"Seriously, it's almost like you listen to music on whims and don't really understand much about music theory and composition"
I know music theory ok. Metal isn't complex in any sort so don't try that crap. From a theory standpoint Metal does terribly.
This discussion has nothing to do with theory. LP changed their sound so they lost sales. They put out a very creative record last year and lost sales because it wasn't what everybody wanted

" I knew I would get crap from the elitists on the board"
But you were the one being an elitist in the Summer Slaughter thread, Santana. Can't take it when it's getting thrown back at you?

they lost sales cause the album sounded like complete shit regardless of how Creative it was

its pretty funny watching someone bash moonsorrow yet try to defend LP.

you misunderstood that, they are diverse within their given formula which easily could have gotten old and stale. yet AA manage to keep it fresh and exciting
