There's quite a difference between that and actual execution. Wanting to be where it's hot isn't necessarily enough, and if she did, it would be hell. No job, shitty standard of living, and it's expensive. I wouldn't want to live in LA unless it was a necessity. If that's what she really wants however, good for her.
