My Verizon is pretty sucky compared to the old Alltel.
Ever since they switched over, my rates have gone up about $30 overall. I have 3 phones now thru Verizon. One smartphone (mine) and 2 texting phones for my girls. I'm glad Verizon has free mobile to mobile cuz otherwise I'd have to put her on an unlimited plan. She goes thru some serious minutes on her phone.
But everyone around has Verizon,..so it's free to call them anyawys. Well not free,...but nothing extra.
Alltel sucked when I had it. Was almost always roaming...even in spots I shouldn't have been. What makes me happy with Sprint is how cheap it is, and it's unlimited calling to any mobile no matter what thw service
yeah Verizon is a really good network. I've never had a problem with them and my family and I have always got good deals on phones.

the only place I have problems at is my basement, but I rarely use my phone for calls so it's not something I have to worry about. hell I got service on top of Haleakala.

i have a droid incredible. androids are much better than iphones imo because apple nickle and dimes you for everything. on android there is over 70,000 FREE apps. apple products are overrated. great products but overrated
I MAY BE THE ODD BALL HERE, BUT I HAVE NO DESIRE TO GET ANY APPS I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH A APPLE IPHONE APP
without apps the only difference between a basic phone and a smart phone is the internet.....not worth the extra money imo

i just got mine a few months ago so i dont use that many apps.... gps car park-marks on gps where you park so if you cant find it use the phone as a gps on tour- type in your favorite bands and it will let you know when they are coming around. also syncs with last.fm i think facebook app twitter app youtube app gmail app ebay app best buy app google shop app bacode app-scan something and you can compare prices to other stores bank of america app drink recipes and games iheartradio pandora comprehensive workout organizer app comprehensive bowling app ESPN scorecenter baseball news app wheres my doid-sounds if you lost it, even if its on silent find my droid-locate and or lock your phone if you lose it in public games: rocket bunnies angry birds solataire tank hero paper toss all of these were free

Jailbreak that shit for sure. even if you dont use apps. you can make it so youtube thinks its on wifi and plays better quality, facetime on 3g and not just on wifi, and a ton of other things.
can also get free paid apps if you wanted apps.
and jailbreaking only voids warrantly if you take it/send it to aplpe while jailbroken. they have no way of telling it was ever jailbroken if you restore it first.
