Disclaimer:

A lot, lot heavier. It will go into this upbeat post-metal at times. However, the most prevailing influence I see is new Anathema. It's a lot more varied, and in the end may be a better We're Here Because We're Here.

Well, you'd be taking a fantastic post-rock release not very seriously then.

Yeah, it's off putting, but the album is excellent. They're Russians, what can you expect.

You haven't listened to Fleet Foxes yet? O_O

Amorphis will probably stay around the top 10 barring 5 or more releases that blow me away. The *shels album really stood out to me for some reason.....it just clicked. I'll listen to both that and Moonlit Sailor plenty before the year is over, don't kill me yet. :P
