I just thing the Winter Classic is stupid. I didn't even watch it when they had it in Chicago.
It's stupid that it's on the same day as a ton of huge bowl games so nobody outside the minority who dislike football will watch it, but other than that it's a great idea and this is awesome for Detroit and Ann Arbor.
The Winter Classic is mainly stupid because of when they have it. They should have it the week between the NFL Championship games and the SB or the week after the SB or something. I most likely will never watch the Winter Classic if it's always on New Years Day. Bowl Games>A Regular season Hockey game on January 1st.
