i am not like other fans and blame the refs. if your team is truely better, they overcome
i seen you blame the refs before =;
so George i read that Prongers career might be done. that sucks cuz philly is still responsible for his cap hit until his contract runs out
he was such a waste of an investment. He's made of glass. we'll have to pay him, but it wont count against the cap, so idgaf. at least now they have like 7 mil to go get some baller help in needed areas, the D looks pretty tight, maybe at another D man and a winger. theyre solid down the middle Girouxs back tonight!
no im pretty sure it WILL count against the cap because he signed that contract at 35 years old and from what i've read any of those contracts signed after 35 years old count agaisnt the cap no matter what. the player could retire or die and it will still count against the cap
this ios a quote from what i read "- Absolutely scary news out of Philadelphia with respect to Chris Pronger's injury. It sounds like his career is done. I'd feel sad for the Flyers being stuck with Pronger's contract for the next five seasons, but the Flyers are one of the teams that do whatever they can to dance around the salary cap. So you'll eat Pronger's cap hit and like it."
but he's played like 3 games all season..... and we're still in first place. He hast been in the lineup at all this year
You're fooling yourselves if you don't think the Flyers are better with a healthy Pronger. If I recall, the Flyers made the Cup finals two seasons ago, when Pronger was healthy, and got bounced last year when he was hurt....
