Nope. I hate the black album. I'd take Cryptic Writings, The World Needs a Hero, Youthanasia, and Countdown To Extinction over it. The System Has Failed, United Abominations, Endgame, Th1rt3en, and Dystopia are ALL better than post-80s Metallica too. 100%.

I'm not really gonna fight you on the lack of quality of later Metallica. We all know it sucks. I just think Megadeth's lows were much worse and at least Metallica recognize it and have subtracted most of that garbage from their recent sets while Megadeth proudly fly that 'Trust' banner every night
It's a horrible, horrible song that completely shits on everything Megadeth stood for when they were still good. Remember, I'm old enough to have known these bands when they were still young and full of piss and vinegar. The late 90s Metallica and Megadeth stuff was no different to me than the LoG shit that's happening now. Are any of you particularly interested in what LoG do going forward? Let them shit out another couple of limp radio albums and see how much you give a shit about their "comeback" albums then. See what I mean? Metallica and Megadeth turned their backs on fans like me. They did it for money. They didn't just grow and evolve, they cut the chord on what made them special and tried to be like everything that was popular at the time. I can't forgive that entirely. I try to kinda forget that the last 25 years have happened when I see Megadeth live now, but then they play Trust just to rub my fucking nose in it
Bull. Megadeth has had some shitty albums but they have stayed miles ahead of Metallica. Youthanasia, The System Has Failed, United Abominations, Endgame, TH1RT3EN and Dystopia have been better than anything Metallica has released since Justice.
