Not really death-y either. Get some better recording equipment, lower the drums in the mix, wait for your guitarist to get better.
I don't have thousands of dollars for good recording shit. So I made due with what I have.
The main part I have a problem with is the guitar recording, nothing you did. Drums are okay, except too high in the mix. Them guitars need to be recorded with something better than a comp mic.
Also, grab a vocalist. Don't want to insult you, but it doesn't sound like it's your forté. The inhales are sounding unhealthy.
I realize this. But there's no one out here who's actually good or seriously into Metal. And since I've improved on screaming good enough to have a decent recording, I figured I'd use it to finally record a song.
Because it would have been impossible to explain how I wanted the Vocals to be patterned. If you wanna record Vocals now that you know the pattern, be my guest bro.

And the Guitarist is Jamie's Guitarist.
I was waiting for you to make my night.
But yeah, sounds pretty good, you def need a better guitarist though.
