Wait...let me situate the situation here. It's not the Eagles franchise itself that I "hate". It's their douchie fans that I had the unfortunate pleasure of running into on a few different occasions. Biggest sore losers I've every been around. Not to say that all the other teams don't have their pack of idiots. But from my personal experience, the Philadelphians outclass everybody. You seem like a chill dude though George. Keep it classy. :>

have you ever been to NY? lolz... it's just as bad in other cities i've been to like NY, Pitt, Washington, Baltimore, every city had their fare share of idiots. when i was 10 years old i was at giants stadium and was pissing in the urinal and some 40 year old dude called me a faggot cause i had eagles gear on and said if i was older he would kick my fucking ass.
Ive been to plenty of eagles, flyers, philles, and sixers games throughout my life, and i have never seen anyone just jump any other fans for no reason. i saw a few fights, mostly alcohol induced and both sides where involved, not just the philly fan but ive seen more fights at shows this past year then i have my entire life of going to philly sports. yes there are idiots, but a very few and every city has them, not just philly, for the most part when i go to games all i see is normal heckling that doesnt cross the line and people laugh it off.
we are passionate about our sports, we cheer and boo, but no matter what we're there supporting our teams. yes, there are some people who take it too far, but thats a very small percentage. you want to see people that go too far, go to monteal. when the canadiens win a playoff game they riot everytime. all i'm saying is we heckle other fans, i've only seen prolly in my whole life at a spots event, like 5 fights and they were all by drunken idiots. we are a passionte fanbase, but the national media blows us WAY out of proportion, epecially the fucking asshole WIlbon on PTI, i cant stand that fucking guy.
I've attended games in each of those cities with the exception of Baltimore. The NY game was a Giant game though not a Jet game. Philly was by far the worst.

I remember it like it was two seasons ago (which it was). We were walking out of a restaurant, which I believe was Talk of the Town or some shit like that. Anyways, just feet after walking out of the place I get shoved in the wall, and fucking hard at that. Cop saw the whole thing and simple said: "don't go there". So I didn't. Good ole' pigs(cops). The beer and spit coming my way didn't really phase me as I was warned before hand that's it just in Phillies nature. So anyways, the day did end on a good note. We drubbed them. 48-22 I believe. Can't say I had an issue like that anyways else. Well for a sporting event for that matter. But, my main issue happened down here. When we eliminated you guys in the divisional round in '07. Guy knocked a beer old of an elderly ladies hand after he knew the game was pretty much wrapped up. Damn near knocked her down too. All his potna's had a good laugh at it. It's was disgusting sight to see. Weather or not he lived to make it home, I have no idea.

so you got into an altercation outside a bar, with some drunk fucking idiots, and someone in New Orleans who possible doesnt even live in philly knocked a beer out of someones hand. and everyone in philly is a fucking violent lunitic jackass?
btw... neither of the things you mentioned happened at a philadelphia sports arena.
and just out of curiosity, can you explain the throwing againt the wall situation? you didnt have any verbal confrontation before hand? i mean some stranger just walked up to you and pushed you against a wall for no reason? just doesnt seem right. and how do you know the cop wasnt telling the person who pushed you not to go there and start a fight?

they were repping the black and green. Didn't say they were Philly residents. That "someone" was an elderly women, which drunk or not, no fucking excuse.

What's that got to do with anything? They were Eagle fans regardless.

Had no idea who he was and why he did it. As we were walking out of the restaurant, he took it upon himself to shove me. Didn't say anything to him. May have looked at him? All I know is he was repping the Eagles gear. I agree, it's not right. Weather the cop was talking to me or that other guy. Their pigs.
Maybe it's just a crazy coincidence that they happened to all be Eagle related. They happened though.
