The number of rings doesn't determine who the better INDIVIDUAL player is. Last time I checked, a full team wins rings, not a single player.
For example, Derrick Rose is the best point guard in the NBA, but he has no rings yet. Mario Chalmers, Miami's PG, is most often a nonfactor and is a halfass PG. But he has a ring, so he's better than Derrick Rose, right? And this is relevant 'cause PGs are considered the QBs of basketball.

That's opinion, best PG is constantly argued since there's so many great players at the position. Obviously, I have a bias and my answer will always be Rose.
But you didn't answer me, is Chalmers better than Rose simply because he has a ring and Rose lacks one? You said rings and wins determine the better player.

No, they're not, and any player in any sport will tell you they'd rather have a ring(s) than their name in the personal record books, but you're saying no, fuck that, rings determines the better player. Which is why you're saying Eli is better than Peyton. And Im'ma tell you, if I'm building a team, and my only 2 choices for my QB are Peyton and Eli, I'm taking Peyton.

It's how players like Dan Marino and Jim Kelly are all time greats and players like Plunkett and Warner aren't.
