Neither claim has been proven. I doubt that they are pumping noise through the speakers.... Seems like the NFL would catch them doing that. However "accidentally" designing the stadium to project the crowd noise to the field, is something that would be almost impossible to prove. If that did in fact happen, I'm sure the few people involved would have kept it on the downlow. Seems like a deathbed sort of confession.

It's not out of the realm of possibility that he had the stadium built to intentionally hold in sound. This is, after all, the guy that built the EMP museum
