    In Michigan, B&E without even stealing anything,...is still a 10-15yr felony.
    jeeze. that is crazy, I've had my place B&E many times. It obviously sucked for me, but I figured even if they did catch the asshole who did it, he'd be looking a a slap on the wrist.

    breaking out of county is a little funny. sorry. So if I was in the spot where I was going to break out of jail and and such... I'd have jumped a freight train and got the fuck out of dodge. why'd you stick around to get picked up again?

    understandable. really though, if you still hold a grudge against her, you should probably let it go. Yeah she fucked you over by agreeing to it in the first place... but I can understand why she would be a little anxious about doing it. How many years does she get for being an accomplice if you were both caught? My guess is a lot.
