My boss just asked me what dates would work for classes to get my property and casualty license. Its a pretty simple process but it means i can make more money and start really selling for the agency \m/
What makes me happy is my dad doing a hell of a lot better today. No pain and he is up and moving and eating.
What also makes me happy is that there are a lot of wonderful people out there and not everyone is a piece of shit.
a couple of weeks ago some girl was asking people to buy her ROTR tickets in the big group on facebook. Everyone was shitting on her. One woman posted that she was battling her 8th round of breast cancer and that she was missing out this year because of treatments but she wasn't crying about it shit happens and life sucks some times. On another post I threw out the idea of raising money to help her make it if it were a money issue (we didn't know at the time she had a treatment that weekend) several were on board. She couldn't make it regardless but I was inspired to start a new group on Facebook with a few people. We spent a week kicking around ideas then opened it up to everyone else. The plan was to get people to join a group where we did raffles and took donations to help send some people to ROTR each year. Not a big thing like fuck cancer just something through Facebook.
Over night when when I opened it to everyone we grew by 200 members. We have now got enough donations and secured enough wristbands to send 7 people fighting cancer or dealing with disabilities with parking and food money and one group with a hotel for the weekend. It was hectic as fuck but it's worth it. I can't wait to meet these people and give their their wristbands and money to enjoy the weekend.
tldr people are more generous than you would think

I feel like Ive already lost a lot of weight. Been working out about a month-ish now. Cut pop down to once, maybe twice a week (was going two to three cans a day). And Im eating better.
