I was wondering if they are any good and read a little bit about I think it was the tritton ones giving you the feeling of surround sound for 130 bucks. Is this true about the surround sound? And do they hold up well? My girl is usually asleep when I play and I have the volume almost all the way off. I like to hear things going on that's why I am looking into these so any info would be helpful.
Also I pre-ordered black ops. It works out perfectly because I already have the day off for Monday night football steelers at bengals it comes out at midnight after that game.

After months of speculation, Nintendo has today revealed the launch date for the new 3DS handheld at a press conference in Tokyo.
And that date, at least for the Japanese market, is February 26, 2011. The 3DS will retail there for ¥25,000 (USD$300). Two colours will be available at launch: "Aqua Blue" and "Cosmos Black"
Release dates for the European and North American markets were not quite as specific, Nintendo saying that the handheld would be out in the West in March 2011. No pricing details for these regions were not disclosed.

And yes, the shit is surround sound. Playing call of duty, you can hear people walking from across the map if it's quiet. You also go deaf if someone uses a shotgun. I don't know how he can play with max volume.

The mic on them is so much better then the stock 360 mic. I can just talk normal instead of having to yell using the other mic.
