Right now it's all about ratings and making money. NBA doesn't want to see a Boston/Spurs, Boston/Thunder, or Spurs/Heat match up. They want Miami/Thunder cause it will bring ratings and money. I'm just as shocked that the Spurs are this far in the playoffs and have actually gotten calls.
