The thing about vinyl is that you get the music in its truest form. Anyone with the right computer programs and enough money can make a record that sounds good, but when its all electronically produced it doesn't really count because its no longer about talent and more about understanding the computer technology
Well if you don't create music with a computer and actually have talent then sound quality doesn't matter. As long as band are using good equipment and recording with good equipment the producing should just bring out the sound not make it electronic sounding so I still don't see why listening to something on vinyl is the way it's supposed to be listened to especially if all the mastering is bringing out the sounds that are in the recording

Will obviously didn't purchase a bunch of classic rock and eighties records himself, he could just say his dad had a collection.
My goal is to have all of Maiden's albums on picture disk.
