Grimey was one of the original Stickam crew. He was always staying up as late as me at his military job. I know that was an eternity ago at this point but damn.

but with everything iv heard from him, his death ultimately gives him a way to provide things for his daughters that he probably just wouldn’t have when he was alive.

In fact I know ssi is based on what you put in. There is some formula and if you die then your kids until they are 18 can each get something like 50-60% of the benefits he would have got at retirement. I figured it out recently and if I were to die my ex (for my kids) would get something like 4300 per month until kids are 18. Basically more than I’m paying in child support
We literally just left his place yesterday at 2pm. Baked a cake and had a second baby thing for Ravyn. Idk wtf happened but the last thing he said to me was "I can't take losing you" through text at 5pm. I guess someone called to report a fire at 8:04

a lot of state colleges also offer pell grants to kids with deceased parents. Im sure there are several different programs.
