We have like 6 employees. They're very lax about letting us have off or scheduling us for times that work better. I have no issues with my bosses. But I requested this weekend off, and another employee requested the week off cuz shes getting ready for her wedding. So we were already short. So they asked if I could come in since this guy bailed
