Listen, man. This situation is a dangerous one. On the one hand, if you feel like the situation would overwhelm you, you should tell her to go. You don't want to put unnecessary stress on the relationship/yourself. Another thing, she talks about wanting someone to keep her grounded but if she really wants to pursue that career and she stays, it would only be a matter of time before old feelings resurfaced and you were blamed for keeping her from her full potential, etc. Really, you just have to sit down and talk all of this out. You don't want to make a decision this big without exploring every possible option/result.
