Metal news kinda sucks in general to be honest. Too sensationalist. Shitty writers. Each website trying to one-up eachother and get a rise out of readers with crappy jokes, or coverage of bands like Emmure that nobody cares about.
But I do agree with you though, decent metal news is pretty tough to come by. For me, the less of the author's opinion in the article, the better. If I want blog posts I'll read blog posts.
I just want it to be next fall semester. Then I'll start doing cool shit. I'll be starting recording classes and I'll finally be taking the DJ training class to become on-air certified and stuff. Right now I'm just stuck in GE bullshit.
I realize that completely. I'm only crying that the school is forcing me to take a bunch of bullshit classes so I"m a "well rounded individual" when really they just want more of my money. Once I'm taking actual classes for my major I'll be good.

Yeah cause my great grandma died and my moms husband left her and I had 3 baby siblings that my mom needed help paying bills for...it didn't have to do with it being hard...I had to pay bills I didn't have a choice

Yeah school wasn't for me... I was going to go back but that shit is just a huge waste of money...I'd rather not spend all that money, be in debt..and knowing me I would probably get my degree and become passionate about something else...everyone goes through major changes in themselves every 5-10 years...I have so many friends that are miserable doing what they thought was their dream job at 18-20

But yea, the PRP and Lambgoat are probably the best of the bigger metal news outlets. MetalInjection has been pretty painful to read lately.
I hate how a lot of the blogs/metal sites will post about popular bands to get views but will shit talk them at the same time.
