Then why isn't Colorado the number 1 beer city in the country? I'm not saying they don't have good beer....but The beer scene is def better.... Shit even looking up several top 50 beers in the world lists Colorado has 1 or two on each list and michigan has around 8-10

And you say that like it's unanimous. I just did a quick search and a lot of articles either had Denver/Colorado over Michigan or MI wasn't even on the list. So its not so black and white. Not saying MI sucks I'd love to take a trip up to that area and hit all the breweries but I would take CO over anywhere. There are breweries everywhere around here. Hell I work up in this tiny college town right at the base of the mountains and there are 3 breweries there, 2 of which have award winners. Having shit like the Great American Beer Festival is awesome too.
