What's hilarious is Grindcore and any of it's subsequent sub-subgenres (Pornogrind, Goregrind) is the most sorry excuse for "music" I ever heard, yet it's still more widely accepted on here than Core is. Bad or good, Core is at least formulaically still MUSIC. That Grindcore bullshit is literally noise.
The only people who regularly rep straight porno/goregrind and that stuff is that pscicosis dude. That stuff is pretty bad, I'll agree with you, but it's still music. Actual grindcore is still just as valid a form as music as other Core stuff though. Actual grindcore groups have some structure to the music, it's just really fast, short and to the point. Just because it might be difficult to discern it due to shitty recordings or fast, kind of sloppy playing doesn't make it any less legit. Personally, I'd rather listen to fast spurts of intense music than overdrawn breakdown filled deathcore.
