Cassettes are fucking dumb. Unless there's no other physical form of the album there is no sense if buying a cassette.

I agree with this pretty much, except I only apply it to modern bands who produce them still. I collect older cassettes of classic albums for shits and giggles, but I can't justify buying a cassette from any modern band.

I have two Venowl releases. Their "Gnawed Gristle and Bone" and the special edition of their split with Vaba Marat which came with a sleeve with their blood dripped on it. \m/

Both were only available on cassette.

True Detective is a great fuckin show so far... Rust is one of my favorite characters in any TV show already. A lot of his existential monologues hit home hard from my own brushes with depression.
