About a half hour ago, I woke up to this pain, it's lower stomach/upper groin area, and over the last 20 minutes it's been cramping up every minute or so, and it's starting to burn now. It s getting worse as well, it feels like I have to take a massive shit even though I don't. My whole middle body aches and my hands/arms are shaking like hell trying to type this, and I have no idea what to do.
