Honestly, I'm not that out of shape, I can still run a mile easy and do it pretty fast, I'm just big, I always have been. Not height wise, but just size wise.

I just want to sit in an ice cold bath all day
ewww... why? I can't imagine that ever being a fun day.
read the above <_>
ahhhh..... lol. sorry. missed that. Get some aloe! That shit is awesome for a burn.
lol yeah I have some of that but I wouldn't be able to sit down or put on clothes until it dried. stuff is even better when you keep it in the fridge. probably will use it before sleep tonight.
yeah... on a good burn I like to just lay down and rub that shit on my burn every 10-20 minutes. :-D
I didn't realize it until today but I live a very lonely life. I stay at work by myself all day and go home to have no communication w/ hubby. Therefore, I have no social life at all. He however, talks to people all day at work and comes home to forums all day.
I was about 235 before i really dedicating myself to working out. I gradually lost about 20-25 lbs, but had to eat alot better doing it. The key for me was eating really good during the week and then pigging out on Sundays or sometimes Saturdays and Sundays. Once I get down to about 210-215, I didn't have to worry about my diet as much anymore as long as I still hit the gym 4 days a week. My weight maintained and I burn enough fat at the gym to be able to eat pretty much what I want.
All I am saying dude is that if you are serious enough about getting a tummy tuck then you should be series enough about modifying your diet. And take baby steps if you want. Don't cut out everything you love. But make some concessions. Like Pasta is out, all pasta. And no more regular soda, diet only. start with that and see how you do for a few weeks and then cut out something else that is fucking you over.
I'm not all that serious about it, but I do eat way to much pasta and drink way to much soda, I need to ween myself off of that, when I start living in Austin it will be easier due to all the health stores there.

There, I fixed it. Sorry, really tired. Shane doesn't get what it's like at all be be lonely.

See, when I worked out I only drank sodas on the weekend, because they would kill me if I went on a football field after drinking that. I ate the same, but I didn't make my food, my parents did then, so that may also be a factor in my car intake.

sometimes I wonder what the US would look like if regular soda was just gone, and you could only ever buy diet. And if you say that would suck, I think you are being overly dramatic. Stuff like Coke Zero are fucking great. I drink that stuff and literally can't tell the difference. I understand that the diet drinks based off of nutrasweet is a little funky tasting. But the sodas made from splenda are as good as the regular... except 500 cals less.

I can't tell the difference between the sugar free crystal light tea w/ lemon vs lipton iced tea powder w/ lemon
I can tell the difference between Dr. Pepper and Dr. Pepper 10, not enough to say I won't drink it, but enough to say I prefer the original. Same goes for Coke to Coke Zero or any equivelant.
yeah if you switch from regular pop to diet pop, you will probably lose 10 lbs in a month if you drink that much of it, and then like Dayna said, cutting it out completely would help immensely.

If I was lonely I'd probably try and fix it. Either talking to my S.O. about being more present in our relationship, or by picking up some new hobby that would fill the gap.
It surprises me that you make comments like this on a message board you know he reads. It's interesting. There are songs I listen to that sing about talking to their wives while they are sleeping. Like they are asking them things because they are too afraid to really ask them to their face. I wonder if this is related?

yeah... I agree it should be cut out completely because even diet isnt healthy, but sometimes enjoyment in life comes from unhealthy things. It's unrealistic to ask some people to cut soda because perhaps they love it. and if they do love it I dont think they should. But I really see no reason why anyone should drink anything other then the spenda based sodas (coke zero, sprite zero, etc....).
He doesn't communicate in the relationship, EVER. I put this on here for him to be able to read it since I can tell him something and he'll ignore it but yet he'll read what someone posts on here and remember it a week from now. It's like I'm invisible to him. I am doing extra work to make sure that he gets the trip to Amon Amarth however this morning he told me that if he doesn't get to go he'd kill my dog. Now my dog is my child to me. He's getting really angry lately and I'm wondering if he'd be happier by himself. I'm wondering if I should just move out since my leg is apparently the most he hates about me. It's nothing I can help at all but his shows come first and the family comes second.
